At Reay, we engage pupils in cross curricular learning of science. We plan for investigations that trigger pupils’ curiosity and help them to understand the world. We are very proud of our outdoor learning space that was developed by pupils and teachers in collaborative work with our outdoor HLTA, Connie.
Science is closely linked to Mathematics and the whole school enjoys the Science week where we all explore mathematics, technology, design, engineering and arts. Our parents are part of this week as they share their skills with us by visiting the classes and creating Science projects with their children. Our aim is to evoke the natural curiosity in our pupils and to understand uses and implications of Science, today and for the future.
